As a Configuration Data Entry Specialist II, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. We believe in providing our team members with the freedom to work in a setting that suits them best, which is why we're open to candidates living in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
Position Purpose:
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and promptly entering data into assigned AMISYS accounts. Your primary focus will be on data entry and maintaining/updating all configuration information in test and production environments. Your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will be crucial in helping us achieve our team goal of 48-hour turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter data and maintain AMISYS accounts with precision and accuracy
- Coordinate configuration entry into test and production environments, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime
- Review and close IS Change Requests post-production, guaranteeing that all changes are thoroughly tested and validated
- Evaluate errors that appear on keying documents and collaborate with Business Analysts to resolve those errors, ensuring that our data is always accurate and up-to-date
- Act as a trainer and mentor to Configuration Data Entry Specialists, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help others grow and develop in their roles
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- AMISYS or healthcare data entry experience is highly preferred, but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly pay rate: $15.58 - $26.73 per hour
