As an Experienced Licensed Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing Certificates of Insurance, memos, and clerical work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Focusing on retention and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

  • Marketing and promoting arenaflex's insurance products and services to customers, including home, auto, life, commercial, and other relevant products
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and expert advice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Property and Casualty license
  • A solid insurance background and experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A people-oriented approach, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
