Responsibilities

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve routine problems and inquiries related to client products and services
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Offering additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their overall experience
  • Delivering expert customer experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and issues
  • The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Technical support experience, preferably in a similar industry or with a similar client base
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer skills and navigation
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using databases and other software applications
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a work computer provided depending on the position offered
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-haves

While not required, familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred. Additionally, experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools is a plus.
