Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing life insurance information and quotes to clients who have already reached out for assistance
  • Building relationships with clients and understanding their insurance needs
  • Working with clients to find the best insurance solutions for their needs
  • Utilizing arenaflex's lead system to engage with potential clients
  • Meeting sales targets and earning commissions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* No experience necessary – we'll provide hands-on training and mentoring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you'll earn a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Part-time: $1,500-$3,000+ per month
  • Full-time: $3,000-$7,000+++ per month
  • Bonus structure on top of 80% commission for most carriers
  • Health insurance available
