Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing life insurance information and quotes to clients who have already reached out for assistance
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their insurance needs
- Working with clients to find the best insurance solutions for their needs
- Utilizing arenaflex's lead system to engage with potential clients
- Meeting sales targets and earning commissions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
* No experience necessary – we'll provide hands-on training and mentoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you'll earn a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Part-time: $1,500-$3,000+ per month
- Full-time: $3,000-$7,000+++ per month
