Position Overview:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with booking, reservations, and general travel inquiries, provide information on arenaflex's policies, services, and promotions, and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

  • Assist customers with booking, reservations, and general travel inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
