Dental Lab Technician – CAD/CAM & Digital Workflow
We are hiring a skilled Dental Lab Technician with strong experience in both traditional lab procedures and digital dentistry workflows. This role requires hands-on knowledge of CAD/CAM production, 3D printing, restorative finishing, and quality control. Responsibilities include:
- Pouring impressions, fabricating study models, and operating desktop scanners
- Inspecting impressions and documenting quality issues
- Nesting and processing 3D printed models, try-ins, crowns, and bridges
- Post-processing printed parts, including cleaning, curing, and finishing
- Finishing milled restorations, zirconia coloring, sintering, staining, and glazing
- Resin, PMMA, metal bar, titanium bar, and zirconia finishing/polishing
- Supporting printer maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Performing final inspection and quality control of restorations
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of dental lab experience
- Strong understanding of analog and digital dental workflows
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
