Senior Blockchain Engineer Position at UseBlocky
We are looking for a talented and experienced Blockchain Developer to join our growing team in building a next-generation blockchain-powered real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing decentralized solutions for property management, asset tokenization, digital ownership, and secure real estate transactions. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to develop scalable Web3 infrastructure that bridges traditional real estate systems with blockchain technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain-based solutions for real estate platforms, including:
- property listing systems
- ownership verification
- tokenized real estate assets
- rental and leasing management
- digital escrow solutions
- Build, test, and deploy secure smart contracts using:
- Solidity
- Rust
- Ethereum
- Polygon
- other EVM-compatible networks
- Develop decentralized applications (DApps) for property transactions and investment management.
- Implement NFT and tokenization systems for fractional property ownership.
- Integrate blockchain infrastructure with web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless Web3 user experiences.
- Maintain blockchain nodes, APIs, and decentralized storage solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing blockchain applications and smart contracts.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Solidity
- Rust
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Experience with blockchain development frameworks:
- Hardhat
- Truffle
- Web3.js
- Ethers.js
- Deep understanding of:
- blockchain architecture
- cryptography
- decentralized protocols
- Experience building and deploying DApps.
- Strong frontend development skills using:
- React.js
- Next.js
- Web3 frontend integration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
- Understanding of DAO governance models.
- Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Familiarity with NFT marketplaces and digital asset ecosystems.
- Prior experience working on blockchain-based real estate or fintech platforms.
