Marketing Insights Lead

Remote · USA Full-time New today

Anteriad is seeking a Marketing Insights Lead (MIL) to join our Intelligence and Analytics team. This is a client-facing seat with real ownership. You'll be the person turning their hardest marketing questions into clear, defensible recommendations. We are trusted by enterprise clients such as IBM, Microsoft, Lenovo, SHRM and Forbes, and have been recognized on Inc. 5000's Fastest Growing Companies in the US four years running. This is a remote position with required travel to our New York City office and client meetings as needed. Candidates must reside in the East Coast or Midwest regions and will be expected to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship, including OPT. As our Marketing Insights Lead, you'll run your own analytical workstreams end-to-end, sit at the table with senior marketing stakeholders, and have the backing of an experienced team of statisticians and strategists. What You'll Do:

  • Frame the problem. Translate ambiguous business questions ("why is performance down YoY?") into structured analyses with a clear hypothesis and a clear answer.
  • Run the analysis. Pull and shape the data in SQL, build the models or tests, and pressure-test your own work before anyone else sees it.
  • Tell the story. Turn statistical output into a narrative that our clients can act on.
  • Be a trusted partner. Build relationships with client stakeholders so that when something complex comes up, you're the first call.
  • Raise the bar. Bring better methods, sharper questions, and reusable frameworks back to the team.
  • You will be expected to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and bring strategic thinking to every engagement. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and client-centric.
  • Curiosity, accountability, and intellectual rigor are essential. You should naturally ask "why?" and "what does this mean for the business?".

Anteriad means "always moving forward" and we apply that to our company culture by tirelessly promoting an environment that allows our employees to thrive:

  • Flexible PTO
  • Training & development with unlimited access Percipio LMS
  • Community outreach via Anteriad Cares - Encouraging staff to take time to volunteer
  • Professional mentoring program - Career guidance from leadership
  • Employee Resource Groups - Collaborate with others that share your passions!
  • Great benefits for you and your family
  • Certified Great Place to Work for the three consecutive years.

Benefits

We Bring To You:

  • Comprehensive medical (choice of 3 plans), dental and vision coverage
  • Company paid short-term disability, long term disability and life insurance
  • Optional supplemental life, accident and critical illness insurance plans
  • 401K with company match
  • Flexible PTO and generous paid holiday schedule
  • Fully paid primary caregiver leave (12 weeks) & parental bonding leave (2 weeks)

What You'll Bring:

  • A quantitative degree (statistics, finance, economics, math, engineering, analytics, or similar)
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or B2B data consulting.
  • SQL fluency (complex joins, CTEs, aggregations)
  • BI tool proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
  • Client presence. You're comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, pushing back diplomatically, and managing competing priorities across multiple accounts.
  • Solid grasp of statistical concepts including A/B testing and predictive modeling concepts
