Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients, and converting online conversations into leads that drive revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and drive business growth.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A strong ability to multitask, with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
