Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and written correspondence. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
