A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Advocate

As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer calls and resolving technical, billing, and service-related issues
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through the promotion of our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of prior customer care experience, with a strong background in sales and/or technical support
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and verbal and written communication
  • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to work a variety of hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work-from-Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you will be required to meet the following work-from-home requirements:

  • A dedicated, private workspace in your home that is quiet during work hours
  • A hard-wired internet connection of 50 MB or more, with a reliable Ethernet connection from the modem to your company PC
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary computer equipment, including a desktop PC and webcam
  • A personal cell phone to install a security application
  • A commitment to meeting minimum performance achievement levels as defined by customer care leadership
