Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Find creative solutions to complex problems and develop effective responses to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers through various channels to resolve their questions or concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, and escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Request Fulfillment: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Feedback and Upselling: Provide feedback on call issues and upsell if required.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and effective support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Typing speed of 25 WPM, proficiency in PC operation and navigation, entry-level network troubleshooting skills, ability to set up home Wi-Fi network, and ability to set up and configure a router or switch.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Age Requirement: 18 years of age or older.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: IT/Network certifications/degrees, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
  • Additional Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
