We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Superintendent to lead construction operations for major projects, operating on a fully remote basis with significant site presence required. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage and coordinate subcontractors, direct labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution. region and surrounding areas, will be mandatory. You will be the primary point of contact on site, responsible for daily operations, problem-solving, and quality control. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all daily on-site construction activities for assigned projects. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications. Develop and implement detailed construction schedules and work plans. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Proactively identify and resolve site-specific issues and challenges. Manage site logistics, including material delivery, equipment utilization, and temporary facilities. Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project success. Foster a positive and productive work environment on site. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial and/or heavy construction. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations. Experience with project management software and scheduling tools. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent.
