Licensed Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) - Remote Position

Hope & Healing Counseling is seeking compassionate clinicians licensed in the state of Louisiana (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team in a remote position. Position Overview: We are seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who are driven to make a meaningful impact in their clients' lives. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care, continuously developing their clinical skills, and utilizing evidence-based theoretical approaches. We provide:

Clinicians must:

• Be currently licensed to practice in Louisiana as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Have strong clinical skills in diagnosis, assessment, and treatment
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be comfortable with electronic records and the use of technology
• Stay up to date with current research and best practices
• Be able to work independently

Clinicians will be responsible for:

• Providing clinical counseling services to clients of Hope & Healing Counseling through the use of evidence-based therapies
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as primary care physicians and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care
• Demonstrating reliability and consistency by maintaining a regular schedule and ensuring timely attendance for all client sessions

Required education:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in a counseling-related field

Required license or certification:

• LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
