Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in Osceola, AR. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and answering questions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, while working with customers and team members
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
