Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Clearwater, FL. As a Data Entry Clerk - Payment Processing Specialist, you'll be responsible for sorting, opening, organizing, processing, and inputting Lockbox remittance with high accuracy and efficiency. You'll also be responsible for packaging processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery, ensuring accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications, and maintaining established production and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Sort, open, organize, process, and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery
- Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
- Maintain established production and accuracy standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Site Manager
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate, you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Requirements
* 1+ year of payment processing experience -OR- experience working at a HIPAA compliant facility -OR- experience working for a financial institution -OR- lockbox experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-productivity, and deadline-oriented environment
- Requires the ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be computer literate
- Must be proficient using 10-key pad
- Must have basic math skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- High school diploma required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
