Customer Experience Banker – arenaflex Frantz Road (Part-time 32-35/hrs)

Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate our range of consumer and business banking products and services. You'll be responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending suitable deposit and other banking products, and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues

  • Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and relationship management

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
