Position: Property Manager (New York Residential) Location: New York Property Manager (New York Residential) Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Fully Remote We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in New York real estate , specifically managing high-rise residential buildings . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and ensuring smooth building management. This role requires hands‑on experience with property management systems, particularly Buildium , along with a solid understanding of New York property regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of high-rise residential properties
- Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Oversee rent collection, lease tracking, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with New York real estate laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Use Buildium to manage properties, tenants, and financials
- Monitor property performance and report on key metrics
- Proven experience in New York property management
- Experience managing high-rise residential buildings
- Strong knowledge of tenant relations and property operations
- Proficiency in Buildium software
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
