Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with product inquiries, order tracking, billing issues, and general customer concerns.

Qualifications
