Job Summary

As a Web Chat Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our web chat platform. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our web chat system is running smoothly, providing excellent customer service, and driving engagement with our online visitors. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management, and we're looking for someone who is resourceful, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and has strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the development, implementation, and management of our web chat platform

  • Ensure that our web chat system is running smoothly and providing excellent customer service
  • Drive engagement with our online visitors through effective chat strategies
  • Monitor chat conversations and analyze chat data to identify areas for improvement
  • Train chat agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications, computer science)

  • 8+ years of experience in web chat management, with a strong focus on customer service and project management
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
