Job Summary

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our guests with disabilities. You'll register guests for our Disability Access Service, support their digital experience through our website and My Disney Experience application, and provide technical assistance to ensure a seamless experience. Your passion for Disney products and services, combined with your technical skills and problem-solving abilities, will make you an invaluable member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional guest service to guests with disabilities, registering them for our Disability Access Service and supporting their digital experience through our website and My Disney Experience application

  • Assist guests with technical issues related to our services, using your problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive experience
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Disney products and services, using your knowledge to recommend the best options for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service
  • Participate in paid training classes, where you'll develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease

Essential Qualifications

* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with a strong understanding of Disney property, products, and services

  • Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
  • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to ask discovery questions to acquire relevant information from guests
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our guests
