Mortgage Loan Officer or Real Estate Agent | Professional Development Opportunity
AXEN is expanding its Real Estate Division and is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer or Real Estate Agent in Minnesota to support client service and business development. This position is based on the Minnesota market and offers a remote, technology-supported work environment. This role is suited for experienced real estate professionals who are comfortable working within structured systems, collaborating with a team, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process using digital tools. Responsibilities:
- Support clients with real estate service needs and provide guidance throughout transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and manage a pipeline of real estate opportunities
- Utilize company-provided systems for communication, tracking, and follow-up
- Participate in training and professional development sessions as needed
Qualifications:
- Active real estate broker license
- Prior real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Minnesota real estate practices is an advantage
