Key Responsibilities:
- Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions in compliance with state Board of Nursing standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients via telehealth platforms.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patient health status by collecting and analyzing health data.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients to promote wellness and informed decision-making.
- Administer supportive and restorative therapies directly or indirectly through delegation, supervision, or consultation.
- Execute delegated medical tasks and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as appropriate.
- Review and monitor prescribed therapy and treatment plans to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize resources efficiently to enhance patient care delivery.
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare organization, adhering to established service standards.
- Flexibility to float to other departments when needed within your competencies.
- Availability for on-call duties during scheduled shifts, if required.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license with Telehealth nursing experience preferred.
