Python Developer Needed ( AI-Powered Commercial Property Analysis Tool )
I have a dataset of commercial property addresses stored in Excel. The goal is to develop an automated pipeline that enriches this data using geospatial and AI-based image analysis to support targeted insurance marketing. Core Responsibilities You will build a Python-based system that: 1. Data Ingestion
- Reads property addresses from an Excel file using pandas
2. Geospatial Data Collection
- Integrates with Google Maps / Street View APIs (or equivalent)
- Retrieves imagery and/or relevant location metadata for each address
3. AI-Based Property Analysis
- Uses computer vision / AI models to analyze building imagery
- Classifies and estimates:
- Exterior type (e.g., brick, stucco, metal, other)
- Roof type (flat, pitched, unclear)
- Building height (1, 2, 3, 4+ stories)
- Likelihood of office / commercial / clerical use
- Produces confidence scores for each prediction
4. Output Generation
- Writes enriched results back into Excel
- Ensures structured, clean, and usable output for downstream marketing use
