You'll analyze each situation to determine the best solutions and maintain accurate customer records. This role primarily involves email-based support, but you'll also engage with customers through other communication channels. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues by providing basic platform support. * Analyze situations to determine the most efficient use of resources. * Maintain detailed and accurate customer records. * Engage with customers through email, chat, and other communication channels. * Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * 1-3 years of customer service experience, including email or chat support. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
