• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expertise in community health practices and protocols.

  • Review, create, and annotate health-related datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance for AI training.
  • Provide feedback on AI model performance from a community health worker perspective.
  • Document community health workflows, case studies, and best practices to improve model training outcomes.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions with cross‑functional teams.
  • Apply knowledge of public health issues, patient care, and community resources to inform AI solutions.
  • Continuously update knowledge of community health and digital health technologies.

Requirements

  • Certified Community Health Worker or equivalent practical experience in community or public health environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • High attention to detail in documentation and data review tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, or digital health initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in AI, data annotation, or digital healthcare projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records or public health data systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are preferred.
