Senior Engineering Manager - Land Development (Remote) $110,000 - $140,000 + Annual Bonus + Full Benefits + 401k + PTO Virginia or Pittsburgh Are you a Civil Engineer with land development experience looking for a role where you can work on large-scale renewables projects while maintaining flexibility and long-term career stability? On offer is a remote-friendly opportunity with a well-established engineering consultancy where you'll support civil and environmental work across renewables projects, working closely with utilities and internal multi-disciplinary teams. This company is a nationally recognised engineering and environmental consulting firm with a strong presence in the power and utilities sector, experiencing sustained growth.. In this role, you'll deliver civil and site engineering solutions including grading, drainage, stormwater, and permitting in support of renewables projects. You'll collaborate with engineers, project managers, and utility clients while owning technical workstreams and contributing to project delivery. This role would suit a Civil Engineer from a land development, commercial & industrial, or utility background who wants the opportunity to be integral to the companies expansion. The Role:
- Deliver civil and site design for transmission and substation infrastructure projects
- Support permitting, stormwater, drainage, and site development activities
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver utility-focused projects
The Candidate:
- Civil Engineering background with experience in land development or utility-adjacent projects
- Professional Engineering license required
- Comfortable working remotely
