AI Research Scientist
We are looking for a brilliant, curiosity-driven AI Research Scientist to advance the state of the art in applied artificial intelligence at LockedIn AI. This is a deep research role with direct production impact — you will formulate research questions, design novel algorithms and architectures, run rigorous experiments, and translate breakthrough findings into capabilities that make our real-time AI copilot dramatically smarter, faster, and more contextually aware for over 1 million users. As an AI Research Scientist, you will work at the frontier of natural language processing, real-time inference, speech understanding, dialogue systems, and generative AI. Your research will push beyond what off-the-shelf models can do and create proprietary capabilities that define LockedIn AI’s competitive advantage.
