Mortgage Loan Officer
Remote Position Important Requirement Applicants must hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license or have successfully passed the SAFE MLO exam through NMLS. Candidates who do not meet one of these requirements will not be considered.
About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to assist clients with residential mortgage applications while working closely with our processing team and lending partners to move loan files from application to closing. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced Loan Officers and individuals who have recently passed the SAFE exam and are ready to begin originating. What We Provide

Compensation
Compensation is based on funded loan volume through a performance-based structure. Full details are provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and gather required documentation
- Guide borrowers through each stage of the mortgage process
- Communicate with processors, lenders, and partners
- Manage your pipeline effectively
- Follow all compliance and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Active MLO license or SAFE exam passed (NMLS)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple loan files
