Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, product inquiries, or concerns. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide solutions, and drive customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in helping customers navigate our products and systems, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work within our computer system to place and research customer orders, document conversations and actions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with our team to drive a positive customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of our products, systems, and processes.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive restoration and repair industry, or a related field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering).

  • Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce platforms.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional).

Work Environment and Schedule

* Work location: Onsite (Pottstown, PA) or remote, with a minimum speed connection internet requirement.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST, with flexibility to accommodate varying shifts and schedules.
