Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist with excellent technical skills to join our team on a part-time basis. As a native English speaker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through email, with occasional phone calls. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work on a flexible schedule, enjoys helping customers solve problems, and is passionate about delivering top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your key functions will include:

  • Answering Customer Emails: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Bug Reproduction and Reporting: Reproduce bugs and write detailed reports to help our development team identify and fix issues.
  • Feedback and Usability Reporting: Gather and report feedback and usability problems to improve our product and customer experience.
  • Collaboration with the Development Team: Work closely with our development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our product roadmap.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is:

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with web applications and comfortable using technology to resolve customer issues.
  • Flexible: Able to work on a part-time schedule, with a minimum of 5 hours per week.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Native English Speaker: Fluent in English and living in North or South America.
  • Team Player: A good communicator who is comfortable working with a distributed team.
