Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing client calendars to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a positive and personalized experience for clients
  • Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, demonstrating a growth mindset and high work standards
  • Maintaining attention to detail and improving skills through practice and continuous learning
  • Applying new knowledge or skills quickly, solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
  • Enjoying working in a technical workplace, collaborating with team members to achieve common goals

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Home Inspection
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Maid Service
  • Handyman
