A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Advocate

As a Customer Care Advocate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to engage with customers, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships. You'll be empowered to think creatively, make decisions, and take ownership of your work, all while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding billing, technical, and service-related queries
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets and metrics, as defined by customer care leadership

What You Bring to the Table:

* A minimum of 1 year of prior customer care experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Sales and/or technical experience in a service environment, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers and close sales
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and verbal and written communication
  • The ability to multitask easily, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing circumstances
  • A flexible and open-minded approach to work, with a willingness to work a variety of hours and days (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Work-from-Home Requirements:

* A dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours

  • A hard-wired (Ethernet connected) internet connection of 50 MB or more, which is provided by arenaflex
  • A desktop work surface with room for 2 PC monitors
  • A personal cell phone to install a security application
  • A webcam for virtual work environment participation
  • A commitment to meeting minimum performance achievement levels, as defined by customer care leadership
