Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or crisis intervention is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and effective communication with clients
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations, providing a safe and supportive online environment for clients

Preferred Qualifications
