Marketing / Data Intern
The Role Most internships give you one project. This isn’t one of them. At SupportPay, you’ll step into the middle of a fast-moving company where financial stress, family complexity, and outdated systems create real challenges for millions of families. You’ll help us solve them. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting marketing, sales, operations, and growth. You’ll work across the company to help organize, build, test, and execute the many projects that keep a startup moving forward. If you’re someone who learns fast, embraces AI, and wants to do meaningful work, not just observe it - this role is for you. What You’ll Do
- Organize and manage internal systems (Confluence, HubSpot, data imports, documentation)
- Conduct research on markets, customers, competitors, and new opportunities
- Support marketing and sales teams with content, outreach, and campaign execution
- Create and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and messaging
- Build and test AI-driven workflows to improve productivity across the company
- Create AI-generated content including videos, testimonials, and campaigns
- Assist with website updates, SEO/SEM, and performance improvements
- Support go-to-market initiatives and new product launches

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
- Interest in marketing, business, AI, and startups
- Understanding of data analytics and/or AI is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
