Senior Technical Program Manager, Hosting Services
Job Description:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to execute on initiatives
- Think both broadly about overall outcomes while using good judgment on where to focus in on details
- Influence the technical direction of projects to meet stakeholders’ needs while upholding quality
- Define and align on success criteria for both short term and long term business goals
- Manage effective communication channels to keep stakeholders updated
- Showcase the work in front of senior leaders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the software development industry, with at least 5 years as a TPM or relevant experience
- Experience using AI to automate manual processes to improve productivity
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions
- Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with teams having different operating cadences
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership
- Experience with ML models, LLMs, LRMs, feature development, model testing and resource management
- Familiar with A/B testing, incremental delivery and deployment
- Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time
- Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills
