Automation QA Engineer

We’re looking for a passionate Automation QA Engineer who can drive test strategy, build robust automation frameworks, and ensure flawless releases for enterprise-grade applications in the Banking & Financial Services domain. What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy and automation efforts
- Build scalable API & UI automation solutions
- Improve release confidence through CI/CD quality gates
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product & DevOps teams
- Identify risks early and prevent production defects before they happen
Must-Have Skills:
- API Testing (Postman)
- UI Automation: Playwright / Selenium
- Test Automation Frameworks
- CI/CD, DevOps & Quality Gates
- SQL & Data Validation
- Integration / Regression Testing
- Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
- Agile/Scrum experience
Nice to Have: Kafka, Snowflake, Performance Testing, AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Claude, Codex), Banking/Finance domain expertise.
