The Opportunity
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who are genuinely interested in our products and services. Our business model uses a lead system that enables us to call on those who have requested information, eliminating the need for cold calls. This means that you will be working with clients who are already engaged and motivated to learn more about our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize our proven sales system to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, with the potential to earn uncapped commission and bonuses

Requirements
* Life Insurance License: A life insurance license is required, and we will help you obtain one if you don't already have it
