About the Role

As a Sales and Solutions (S&S) Video Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability Access Service (DAS) through our video chat platform. You will provide personalized support, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to our accessibility services, ensuring that every Guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your expertise in planning bookings and navigating our systems will be invaluable in delivering an exceptional Guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability Access Service (DAS) through our video chat platform

  • Provide personalized support, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to our accessibility services
  • Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex issues
  • Comfortably ask discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless Guest experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment

  • Knowledge and interest of arenaflex property, products, and services
  • Technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Guests with disabilities

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's Guest Service Suite and other systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in a contact center or customer service environment
