Associate Therapist (AMFT / ASW / APCC) – Remote (California)
Core Therapy is a growing remote group practice serving clients throughout California. We are currently hiring Associate Therapists (AMFT, ASW, APCC) who are looking for a supportive, flexible, and growth-oriented practice environment. This role is ideal for clinicians who are currently seeing clients in a private practice, group practice, agency, or outpatient setting and are looking to either grow or smoothly transition their caseload into a well-supported telehealth practice. Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Manage your schedule and caseload independently
- Collaborate with the team as needed for support and consultation
Qualifications
- Active California associate registration (AMFT, ASW, or APCC)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Comfortable working with insurance-based clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in private or group practice settings
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
