As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal by providing timely and professional support to students and alumni through various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's clients and their customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications
  • Utilizing arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
  • Updating customer records with accurate demographic and contact information
  • Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
  • Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
  • Troubleshooting common computer issues and operating various technical devices and systems

Training Schedule

During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST. You'll receive comprehensive training on arenaflex's products and services, as well as our CRM system and other technical tools.

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
