Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Guide borrowers through the application process, providing clear and concise information on our products and services
  • Update consumer account information during and after each call, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify payment options and set up payment arrangements as necessary, working closely with clients to find solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to FDCPA and FCRA Federal, State, and Client guidelines
  • Meet client guidelines and have a clear understanding of client policies, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and fractions, as required
  • Provide account updates to management as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service and billing experience a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Office applications skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen as permitted by law
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients
  • Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to FDCPA and FCRA Federal, State, and Client guidelines

  • Working knowledge of billing practices and techniques, including payment options and arrangements
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
