Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources. With moderate course, you will make arrangements from initial idea to production, and communicate results to a wide range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions

• Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources
• Make arrangements from initial idea to production, and communicate results to a wide range of audiences
• Regularly utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis
• Frequently utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less ranking staff, work in cross-functional projects, and regularly present to the board

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year certification in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance

• Five (3) years work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or potentially predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
• Microsoft Office

• Proficient in analysis software and applications
