Job Summary

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will need to have excellent written English, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and be self-directed. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for clients across various industries

  • Develop and implement effective Facebook Ads strategies to achieve client goals
  • Coordinate tasks with other team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
  • Provide exceptional customer support and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with graphic design, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research as needed
  • Collaborate with the CEO to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

  • Excellent written English with a keen eye for detail and grammar
  • Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns
  • Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
  • Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research

  • Experience with Hubstaff time tracking software
  • Familiarity with SEO blogs and proofreading/editing skills

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

* Facebook Ads setup and strategy (45%)

  • Google Ads setup and optimization (10%)
  • Responding to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
  • Graphic design (10%)
  • General admin (10%)
  • Report preparation (5%)
  • SEO blogs proofreading and editing (5%)
  • Lead generation and follow-up (5%)
