What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and support. Your day will be filled with opportunities to:
- Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with a smile
- Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Residency in Tennessee or surrounding areas
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 40mbps) to ensure seamless communication and research
