Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on our supplemental benefits and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, helping with claims or adjustments, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ambition, motivation, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous learning
