Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the issue
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Meet personal and team customer service targets and call handling quotas

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
