As a seasoned Full Stack Data Entry Technician, you'll be an integral part of our IT Services team, working remotely to support our end-users in all aspects of computing, from software and hardware installations to maintenance and troubleshooting.

* As a member of our Data Innovation Group, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from software deployments to hardware upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

  • You'll be responsible for resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals, as well as answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk.
  • You'll work on various projects, including desktop projects (global deployments/redesigns), and remotely resolve and resolve demands using remote tools.
  • You'll investigate and collaborate with other departments to help with system-related issues, record client interactions in incident management software, and recover data from hard drives or perform data migration.
  • You'll also be responsible for maintaining remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability, as well as remote/broadband network for workstations, and introducing and designing local and network-based printers.

What you'll do:

  • Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required

What you'll need for success:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training + 2 years of active IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment

Preferred Qualifications:

+ A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT foundation experience in an aircraft/airport environment + Training and experience in software development, data analytics, or related fields

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10

  • Knowledge of work process and tagging systems
  • Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to investigate issues
  • Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
