Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

* Connect with callers through an automated dialer and engage in high-volume conversations, resulting in speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation.

  • Multitask while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to efficiently manage calls.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals.
  • Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately.
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for callers.
  • Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Requirements:

* Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey.

  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with minimal background noise and interruptions.
  • A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet).
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30).
  • Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles.
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience.

What We Offer:

* Total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+), including salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Hours of Operation:

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern. + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.

  • Training schedule will be Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
