About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to ensure that their journey with us runs smoothly. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Communicating with customers in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, and providing support in English as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level)
  • Proficient in English (B2 level)
  • Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Working Hours and Location

The working hours for this role are 8.5 hours per day, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM. You will have the option to work from home or from our office in Riga. We're looking for candidates who are available to start in December or January.
